PRICING INFORMATION

THE HOURLY RATE FOR THE SPACE IS $88 PER HOUR FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES; $55 FOR NONPROFITS OR COMMUNITY-FOCUSED EVENTS. A $150 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BOOKINGS, REGARDLESS OF TYPE, DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING.  YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR THE FULL RENTAL FEE AFTER BOOKING, WHICH MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE RENTAL PERIOD; PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED.  


IF YOU ARE A NONPROFIT OR HOSTING A COMMUNITY-FOCUSED EVENT IN THE SPACE, PLEASE EMAIL US WITH DETAILS ABOUT YOUR ORGANIZATION'S NONPROFIT STATUS OR HOW YOUR EVENT WILL BENEFIT OUR COMMUNITY IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR DISCOUNTED RATE. IF YOU NEED A LENGTH OF TIME NOT AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING THROUGH THE WEBSITE,  PLEASE EMAIL US. 


THE SPACE MUST BE RENTED FOR A MINIMUM OF TWO HOURS. IT CAN BE BOOKED FOR 2 HOURS - 16 HOURS VIA THE WEBSITE. YOU MUST INCLUDE THE TIME NEEDED FOR SETUP AND TEARDOWN/CLEAN-UP IN YOUR BOOKING; IF YOU HAVE AN EVENT THAT BEGINS AT 4 PM AND ENDS 6 PM, BUT YOU ESTIMATE YOU WILL NEED 2 HOURS FOR SETUP AND 1 HOUR FOR TEARDOWN AND CLEAN-UP, YOU SHOULD SELECT THE 5 HOUR RENTAL OPTION WITH A START TIME OF 2 PM. 


IF YOU HAVE A REOCURRING EVENT, LIKE A WEEKLY/MONTHLY CLASS OR EVENT, PLEASE EMAIL US TO ARRANGE PRICING AND BOOKING. 


YOU ARE FREE TO SERVE ALCOHOL AND FOOD AT THE SPACE! YOU CAN USE A CATERER OR SUPPLY EVERYTHING YOURSELF. ALL EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL REQUIRE A WASHINGTON STATE BANQUET PERMIT (https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits) AND INSURANCE RIDER (https://www.theeventhelper.com/). PROOF OF THESE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE EMAILED NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR RENTAL PERIOD. IF YOU ARE USING A CATERER FOR YOUR EVENT, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE ITEMS TO YOU.


 YOU HAVE THE FREEDOM TO RENT ANY ITEMS YOU NEED FOR YOUR EVENT FROM ANYWHERE AND USE ANY CATERER YOU DESIRE (OR NONE AT ALL). ASIDE FROM THE AMENITIES INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR EVENT. STORAGE OF ITEMS IS NOT ALLOWED. YOU MUST PACK IN AND PACK OUT WITHIN YOUR BOOKED TIME.
